A few years back, Gabe worked his magic on my laptop, and it's been running like a dream ever since--fast, accurate, and reliable!   This business has been a wonderful find for me. Both my husband & I have used them several times. In 2021 was the 1st time I used them when I tripped over my laptop cord & sent it flying. They were able to get it working & everything was saved! This is why we have both been back. The turnaround is quick also & I feel the rates are good.

  My iPhone 12 was stuck on the Apple logo, Apple store told me I'd need to do a full restore which would wipe my data, or go somewhere and try to recover the data first.

KC was basically able to fix why my phone was not rebooting, and was able to get my phone up and running. I had all my data, and did not need to do a full restore. Their price was very reasonable. While he did not have to do a full data recovery, I had called some of those places (since this is what Apple told me I would need to do if I didn't want to lose my data) and they are VERY expensive, so I'm definitely glad I didn't have to go that route.

Overall, I'm so thankful I found this place and had a great experience with them.

  Very thorough analysis and fair pricing of my daughter's MacBook Pro. Though I opted to replace the computer opposed to repair, I felt better about the decision. Definitely will be back if another need arises.

  I went with a friend to have his company computer fixed and they are awesome! Great customer service on the phone and in person. His computer now works like it's brand new !
