IT SUPPORT

  I was shopping around for IT service for my business and I came across with this business. Gabe has been very professional and helpful, easily accessible with texting. I highly recommend this business for anyone!

  I had problems with my desktop computer. After I rebooted the computer I could not open Excel and Word application anymore.
Based on a recommendation from a good friend of our I called up a guy in Dublin. (See separate review). After almost two weeks the guy didn't fix the problem.
I Googled and found Pleasanton Computer Repair. I called them on Thursday. I made an appointment for Monday. I brought the computer to them on Monday morning. In the afternoon I received a call from a technician and the problem was solved. I picked up the computer again on Tuesday (24 hours after drop off).
Very happy with their service. Very responsive. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

  My iPhone 12 was stuck on the Apple logo, Apple store told me I'd need to do a full restore which would wipe my data, or go somewhere and try to recover the data first.

KC was basically able to fix why my phone was not rebooting, and was able to get my phone up and running. I had all my data, and did not need to do a full restore. Their price was very reasonable. While he did not have to do a full data recovery, I had called some of those places (since this is what Apple told me I would need to do if I didn't want to lose my data) and they are VERY expensive, so I'm definitely glad I didn't have to go that route.

Overall, I'm so thankful I found this place and had a great experience with them.

  Mohamed is the best! Went to him months ago to fix my destroyed IPhone screen and add a screen protector and phone protector which is pretty with the bling and butterfly. Came back today to get my husband's Samsung screen replaced plus protector which he fixed in a reasonable amount of time while i looked for another phone protector which he ended up locating the right size and color I wanted. He knows his stuff and is always pleasant to talk to. Definitely will see him when my construction worker husband breaks his next screen lol thanks Mohamed!!!

  I'm going to brag, and I can say with complete confidence that "Pleasanton Computer Repair" is hands down the best computer repair shop out there. A few years back, Gabe worked his magic on my laptop, and it's been running like a dream ever since--fast, accurate, and reliable!   My laptop (Lenevo 460) died suddenly. After trying to hard reboot it multiple times and looked for answers thru google, I decided to go to Pleasanton Computer Repair. Within the same day they discovered the problem. Somehow the internal hardware was loosened up.
I am very impressed with their honesty and how quick they were able to fix it. They could have charged me a lot more because I never suspected the root cause and I did not have the tool to open up the laptop.

  This business has been a wonderful find for me. Both my husband & I have used them several times. In 2021 was the 1st time I used them when I tripped over my laptop cord & sent it flying. They were able to get it working & everything was saved! This is why we have both been back. The turnaround is quick also & I feel the rates are good.

  Excellent customer service! No complaints. Repairs are done in professionally and in timely manner.
